PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

• Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full amount.
• No shows are regarded as a cancellation.

HOUSEKEEPING

• There is no daily housekeeping included in your stay.
• Recharge Me Cabins provides a clean property upon arrival. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive cleaning is needed following the guest’s departure.

DISCLAIMERS

• Although they are serviced regularly, Recharge Me Cabins cannot guarantee against over-use or mechanical failure of hot tub. Please report any equipment that is not operating properly, and Recharge Me Cabins will make every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

DIRECTIONS

1. Highway 3

• Highway 3, runs through southern British Columbia.

2. Rock Creek

• As you travel along Highway 3, you will pass through the community of Rock Creek nestled in the Kettle River Valley.

3. Turning onto Rock Creek-Bridesville Rd

• Rock Creek-Bridesville Rd is located 1 km BEFORE the Centex Gas Station (formerly Petro-Canada) on the LEFT if travelling towards the WEST or 1km AFTER the Centex Gas Station on the RIGHT if travelling towards the EAST. This road is accessible from Highway 3, and the turnoff can appear suddenly when travelling towards the EAST. There is a wooden sun-shaped sign as a landmark.

4. Traveling on Rock Creek-Bridesville Rd

• Once you’re on Rock Creek-Bridesville Rd, drive up the road for approximately 200 metres – if you pass a house close to the left side of the road, you’ve gone too far. The property address is 4070 (number signs are on the gate post) and the driveway will be the second one on the left side of the road (you’ll see 1 gate directly ahead and another to the left).

5. Arrival

• Once you’ve reached 4070 Rock Creek-Bridesville Rd you will see two gates, one straight ahead and one on the left. The property entrance for Recharge Me Cabins is the one on the LEFT (There will be a welcome sign on the gate).

6. Access and Parking

• The black gate with the welcome sign will be closed, but unlocked upon arrival. Remove the chain from around the post and swing the gate open to enter – please close the gate whenever entering or exiting the property. Please park and unload your vehicle in the designated Recharge Me Cabins parking area (marked by a sign) – you will need to walk your stuff a very short distance to your cabin (1-2 mins).

CHECK-IN

• Self-check-in using a lockbox is available. An arrival guide with the necessary passcode will be emailed to you before arrival.

MINIMUM AGE RESTRICTION

• Everyone in the group must be over the age of 18 years to book (or accompanied by parent or guardian).
• Clients may be asked to provide identification when checking in to ensure that they meet the age requirement. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, and the party will not be permitted to check in and/or the party will be required to vacate the property. All additional charges and payment will be the responsibility of the client should they need to move to another property.

SMOKING POLICY

• Smoking of any kind (including but not limited to tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, and vaporizers) is prohibited on the private and common property which includes but not limited to, grass and landscaped areas between and behind all units, inside properties, decks, driveways, parking areas and is subject to fines.
• Throwing any smoking material onto private or common property is prohibited and is subject to fines.
• If there is any tobacco smell in the property after your departure, you will be charged a cleaning fee. Oil lamps and incense are not permitted due to the long-lasting odor. If these policies are violated, there will be a charge for excessive cleaning.

PETS

• Select Recharge Me Cabins properties are pet friendly, but are judged by the owners on a case-by-case basis.
• Pets to be confirmed on reservation prior to arrival.

• Restricted: Dogs are not allowed on any beds, sofas or furniture of any kind.

  Cleanliness: Promptly pick up all dog waste. Do not leave any human or dog food outside.

•  

  Behavioural Standards: Disruptive behaviour (barking, whining, digging, causing chaos) is not tolerated. Failure to comply will result in being asked to leave.

•  

  Other guests: There may be other guests with dogs during your stay. Please ensure your dog is suitable for this situation. Feel free to enquire ahead of time if there are any concerns.

•  

  Damage: Damage of any kind caused by your dog will be your responsibility and will result in additional fees.

PARKING

• Parking for at least one assigned vehicle is complimentary.

AIR-CONDITIONING/HEATING

• Rentals are not equipped with air conditioning. There are no refunds for lack of HVAC units.

WEATHER/MOTHER NATURE

• We cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control. This includes excessive noise from construction or public/private events, wildfire/smoke, weather related interruptions, road closures, lack of snow, frozen pipes, interruption of services and utilities or unexpected appliance breakdown.
